Meetings for the State Interagency Coordinating Council are open to the public and do allow for public comment.
That those who wish to speak should sign up online no later than 4 pm CT the Thursday before any scheduled meeting.
Speakers can address the council on a specific item on the council agenda or any issue related to the council. The time limit for each speaker is 5 minutes. The chair, at his or her discretion, may extend the time limit in order for the speaker to answer direct questions from council members.
