Hello, welcome to the Community Impact in Action Best Ask the Community submission form. Community Impact in Action is a quarterly newsletter that works as an informational forum for Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) partners and the Tennessee Department of Human Services (TDHS).
We believe each member of the CSBG community has information that can help other members better serve Tennesseans. Use this form to ask a question that can be answered by other members of the CSBG community or TDHS CSBG team. Questions will be posted in Community Impact in Action newsletter with your contact information so that other members can contact you with an answer to your question.
Submission Considerations:
The Community Impact in Action newsletter is published on a quarterly basis (January, April, July, October). To be considered for the next newsletter, submissions should be made no later than the 15th day of the last month in the quarter. Submissions will be reviewed and edited by the Tennessee Department of Human Services.
