We want our TEACHERS AND PRINCIPALS TO STAY IN TENNESSEE, and we want excellent educators from across the country in Tennessee, because they know they will be supported with professional development, competitive salaries, innovative state and local governments, and communities that value their classroom teachers and principals.

We want BUSINESSES TO FEEL CONFIDENT they have the best workforce right here, in their backyard, to support their mission, vision, and growth.

We want to BE THE PLACE where outside industry wants to come because our workforce cannot be rivaled by other states.
